About The Position

Dabri, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Scheduler III to provide project management and project controls support on complex public works and capital improvement projects. This is a full-time staff augmentation role supporting a public agency client. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction scheduling, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to communicate schedule impacts and risks to project stakeholders and executive teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in construction project management and scheduling
  • Extensive experience supporting public works and capital improvement projects
  • Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling, schedule analysis, and cost/schedule integration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI)
  • Experience preparing reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Must be U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (no sponsorship available)
  • Ability to work on-site as required
  • Local candidates preferred

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and review contractor baseline schedules, updates, and Time Impact Analysis (TIA) reports
  • Develop and maintain master and detailed project schedules using Critical Path Method (CPM)
  • Perform resource loading, cost loading, and Earned Value Management (EVM) tracking
  • Monitor project progress against baseline schedules and identify critical path and near-critical activities
  • Prepare schedule variance analyses, delay assessments, and mitigation strategies
  • Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts, progress reports, and schedule narratives
  • Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve scheduling issues
  • Review construction and design schedules and provide written technical comments
  • Perform windows analysis and evaluate time extension requests with detailed recommendations
  • Prepare executive-level reports, charts, and presentations for project updates
  • Maintain accurate schedule documentation and ensure alignment with project controls systems
  • Support project teams in tracking deliverables, milestones, and overall schedule performance
