Requirements

  • 510 years of experience in engineering scheduling, project coordination, work management, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of engineering work processes, engineering change workflows, and multi - discipline project coordination.
  • Proficiency in work management software, scheduling tools, and relevant engineering or maintenance databases.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem - solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams, supervisors, and cross - functional stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present schedule and resource data clearly to leadership.
  • Detail - oriented with a proactive approach to identifying issues and driving timely resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain engineering design activity schedules, ensuring alignment with overall work management requirements.
  • Coordinate with engineering leadership and supervisors to confirm task prerequisites, resource needs, and timeline expectations.
  • Facilitate cross - departmental communication to support seamless execution of engineering and plant activities.
  • Track and monitor engineering projects and deliverables to ensure milestone, quality, and delivery commitments are met.
  • Provide regular reports and analytics to engineering management regarding schedule performance, resource allocation, and workload distribution.
  • Maintain and utilize multiple work management and scheduling databases to ensure accurate and timely project information.
  • Identify potential schedule risks and proactively adjust plans to avoid missed deadlines or milestones.
  • Apply a strong understanding of Engineering Change (EC) workflow processes to forecast scheduling impacts and prevent delays.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to scheduling efficiency, work management processes, and engineering project coordination.
