This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the mission of Saddleback Memorial Medical Center. The employee will also be expected to support all organizational expectations including, but not limited to: Customer Service, Patient's Rights, Confidentiality of Information, Environment of Care and MemorialCare initiatives. The Scheduler II coordinate the daily schedules within the Breast Center. This position is responsible for coordinating and communicating activities between patients, technologists, and Radiologists within the Breast Center and managing the overall flow of patient care. In addition, this position is responsible for the accurate maintenance of patient records and data entry associated with the end to end scheduling process of all Breast Center patients. Lastly, this role also assists with uploading patient medical records into the PACS system and updating the patient medical record for distribution to other facilities, patients, physicians, as requested.
