About The Position
Scheduler/Caregiver: Full Time Innovative Home Services is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Scheduler/Home Health Aide or C.N.A. to support the operations of our private duty program at Freedom Plaza, a vibrant senior living community. This unique role combines schedule coordination and hands-on caregiving to enhance the lives of our residents while ensuring smooth program operations. Why This Role is Exciting: As a Scheduler/Home Health Aide or C.N.A., you’ll have the opportunity to: Be a Leader: Play a key role in the leadership team of a thriving private duty program. Coordinate Schedules: Manager client scheduling to ensure seamless care delivery. Support Operations: Assist with billing and payroll processes to maintain efficient operations. Deliver Compassionate Care: Provide hands-on personal care and companion services, making a direct and meaningful impact on residents’ daily lives. What We’re Looking For: Education: High school diploma or GED required. Certifications: Current CPR certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire. Experience: One year of experience working with older adults or in a related healthcare setting preferred. Skills: Outstanding customer service and communication abilities. Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Flexible and reliable in meeting commitments and supporting team needs. Requirements
- Must be HHA or C.N.A. certified
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire.
