Requirements

  • High school diploma/ GED
  • 2-3 years of experience in an office environment performing clerical duties and receiving multiple inbound calls.
  • Acts in a courteous, professional, customer focus manner
  • Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of computers, software, and technology
  • Proficient with MS Office and Quickbooks
  • Ability to Multi-Task
  • Ability to take down customer orders and input information accurately into the company’s dispatch system.
