About The Position

We are seeking a Schedule Integrator (SIOP Lead) to join our Scheduling & Material Planning (SMP) functional Center of Excellence at our Ashburn, VA facility. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in demand and master scheduling. The Schedule Integrator will gather and track demand data from various sources, develop reports and metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure factory production schedules align with program deliverables. The preferred candidate must be comfortable working with limited instruction and collaborating with a variety of internal stakeholders to gather inputs and design solutions to achieve desired goals and objectives. The preferred candidate must thrive on taking initiative and be comfortable working tactically while also steering overall success of projects / initiatives with a strategic mindset employed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience OR Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience OR in lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Proven experience in demand planning and master scheduling within the aerospace and defense industry.
  • Understanding of supply chain planning principles and best practices, including risk management.
  • In-depth knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools like Power BI.
  • Active Secret Security Clearance strongly preferred
  • Advanced degrees in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
  • Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP).
  • Familiarity with Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and track demand data from diverse sources (e.g., PM Schedule, Contract information, Sales Orders, Forecasts, Follow On, Repair and Overhaul R&O, and Engineering IRAD) to support decision-making processes.
  • Act as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams for data consolidation.
  • Develop and maintain accurate demand plans covering the next 18-24 rolling months.
  • Ensure alignment between factory master schedules and program Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) milestones.
  • Assist in developing reports, metrics, and dashboards to monitor forecasting, demand planning, and SIOP execution.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Program Management, and Engineering teams to review future demand requirements.
  • Support Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) meetings and master schedule creation.
  • Coordinate gap identification and resolution using in-depth analysis and internal networks.
  • Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership for decision-making.
  • Serve as a "Change Agent," coaching other functions on Supply Chain Planning best practices.
  • Oversee ad-hoc projects initiated by the organization, program management, or site leadership.
  • Travel up to 10% may be required.
  • Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.
