Job Summary The Schedule Coordinator– Healthcare focuses on coordinating patient appointments with medical staff, confirming visits, and ensuring patients have access to necessary transportation. This role manages schedules for remote healthcare providers and supports patients through timely communication, reminders, and logistical assistance. The Dispatcher ensures smooth operations, high patient satisfaction, and accurate record-keeping in a fully virtual environment. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
