Your day-to-day will involve: The Front Line: Weighing trucks in and out with precision and providing top-tier service to every driver who visits our site. Operational Support: Issuing truck permits, setting up new accounts, and ensuring all billing data is accurate and efficient. Coordination: Acting as a communication hub—dispatching instructions for special waste disposal to our operators and managers to keep the site running safely. Compliance & Safety: Testing scales daily for accuracy and managing environmental compliance tasks to keep our facility green and compliant. What We’re Looking For Education: High School Diploma or GED. Experience: 1–3 months of related experience; a background in customer service is a huge plus! Skills: Strong basic math skills (decimals, fractions, and percentages) and the ability to interpret data/graphs.
