Requirements

Must have intermediate computer skills to navigate applications for production, and to print, scan, and delete unused tags. Microsoft office skills are highly desirable
1 or more years of metals recycling experience required with Non-ferrous experience preferred
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

Assign daily work assignments to maximize operations
Work alongside employees in the performance of their duties
Assist department in meeting safety, production, and quality goals
Coordinate production activities with other departments
Assist in the development of other employees including holding them accountable and providing performance feedback to the management team
Maintain work area and equipment in clean orderly condition and follow all safety policies and procedures
