Requirements

A high school diploma or GED.
A minimum of 1–year of industrial, shipping, or manufacturing experience.
Good organizational and math skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Weigh trucks, issue tickets, manage traffic flow, and support efficient dispatching.
Complete administrative tasks such as purchase orders, payables, fuel tracking, deposits, and routine reports.
Compile month-end closing data, conduct margin and cost analyses, and reconcile timecards for plant personnel.
Greet visitors, answer calls, and maintain office and plant inventory.
