About The Position
Seeking a Scale Clerk with a blend of logistics expertise and tech-savviness to join organic waste processing warehouse.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Scale Clerk, Receiving/Shipping Clerk or similar logistics role.
- Fluency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and WMS/ERP.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong time management, and clear communication skills.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced yard or industrial logistics setting.
- Ability to work in smelly environment
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- We participate in E-Verify.
Nice To Haves
- Sit-down forklift experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Accurately weigh materials and commercial trucks
- Log transactions using our WMS/ERP and Excel.
- Direct drivers and resolve documentation issues fast.
- Partner with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to troubleshoot discrepancies and ensure timely shipments.
