About The Position

This position is responsible for maintaining site security, controlling vehicle traffic, and verifying truck shipments coming in and out of company property.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Excellent attention to detail especially with verifying numerical data
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as instructions and procedures
• Must be able to communicate in a diplomatic manner with vendors, employees, and visitors

Responsibilities

• Check-in and monitor all employees and visitors including freight carriers
• Weigh and direct all inbound and outbound freight carriers
• Verify BOLs
• Answer phone/switchboard during off-hours and route calls
• Issue PPE to truck drivers when needed
• Maintain daily truck time log
• Complete incident reports
• Monitor site security and property
• Verify visitors (i.e., verify host, appointment time, and meeting location)
