About The Position
1 Resource Group is actively seeking experienced Scaffold Builders to join their dedicated team in Bay Minette, AL. Based in various project locations, Scaffold Builders will play a crucial role in erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffold systems, ensuring all work adheres to safety standards and project requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scaffold Builder.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong understanding of scaffold construction and safety regulations.
- Capability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- OSHA 10 certification required.
Nice To Haves
- NCCER Certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan scaffold construction.
- Erect, secure, and dismantle scaffold systems safely and efficiently.
- Inspect scaffold components for defects and ensure proper maintenance.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.
