Requirements

• Prior experience working on construction sites with scaffolding installation or related roles is highly preferred
• Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings relevant to scaffold assembly
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and safety equipment used in construction environments
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and OSHA regulations related to scaffolding and working at heights
• Ability to work effectively in physically demanding environments while maintaining attention to detail and safety

Nice To Haves

• Skills in using construction management software or Bluebeam for documentation are advantageous
• Strong understanding of various construction disciplines such as plumbing, electrical work, masonry, roofing, and restoration enhances versatility

Responsibilities

• Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures using hand tools and power tools, ensuring stability and safety at all times
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately assemble scaffolding according to project requirements
• Inspect scaffolding regularly for stability, damage, or safety hazards; perform necessary repairs or adjustments promptly
• Collaborate with construction management to coordinate scaffold placement around building frameworks, including roofing, masonry, and framing areas
• Operate heavy equipment as needed for lifting and positioning materials or scaffolding components safely
• Assist with other construction tasks such as concrete forming, carpentry, drywall installation, or interior finishing when required
• Maintain detailed records of scaffold inspections, modifications, and safety checks in compliance with safety protocols
