The SCADA Support Manager is responsible for leading the Real Time SCADA Applications and Site Support Services teams across Harvest Midstream Company. This role provides strategic and operational leadership for real-time Scada and HMI systems, historian platforms, field automation support, field communications infrastructure, specialty automation applications, and 24/7 OT helpdesk operations. The SCADA Support Manager ensures high availability, reliability, and performance of control systems supporting Harvest’s field and control room operations. This position requires a proactive, operationally disciplined leader who can manage geographically distributed technical teams, oversee vendor relationships, and continuously improve SCADA service delivery while maintaining strong alignment with IT governance, cybersecurity, and business objectives.
