The Human Resources Generalist serves as a key liaison between SEER Central and its partner companies, fostering strong relationships to support the adoption of HR best practices while ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws. This role provides day-to-day HR support across a range of functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, leave administration, HRIS (Paycom) support, and most importantly employee relations. As a trusted resource for our brand partners, the HR Generalist plays an integral role in promoting a positive employee experience and supporting operational HR needs. In partnership with the Regional HR Manager, this role also contributes to the execution of platform wide HR initiatives, training, and compliance efforts. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who balances empathy and professionalism, and who thrives in a dynamic, relationship-driven environment.
