BASIC PURPOSE: This position is responsible for, but not limited to, partnering with bankers in assigned markets to identify, foster and grow small business relationships that benefit from enhancements offered by U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) loan products, as defined by the SBA and the Bank. Incumbents are expected to meet or exceed production goals, which are set annually by the Bank.
