About The Position

Small Business Administration (SBA) Loan Closing Specialist Onsite Position LOCATION 600 NW 5th Street Moore, OK 73160 HOURS Full Time M-F ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Professional customer communication: on the telephone, e-mail, and in person Order preliminary title policy, UCC searches, Flood Certificates, environmental reports, and other related data Coordinates with loan officer regarding closing conditions and requirements. Preparation of loan documents, primarily using LaserPro Facilitates loan closings Perfection of all collateral liens (U.C.C., Real Estate, Titled Vehicles) Upload all executed documents to designated computer drive Problem and error resolution Refer relevant customers to other BancFirst service providers (Insurance, Trust, Merchant Services, etc.) if not done so by the Loan Officer Perform other job-related duties and special projects as assigned Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Requirements

  • Knowledge of loan documentation and loan policy and procedure, along with the SBA SOP
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and bank policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of loan underwriting principles
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and other related applications
  • Able to perform in a highly sensitive environment, deal with confidential matters and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate above average problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Work well individually and with a team while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Able to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
  • Detailed oriented
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Must be flexible and able to work additional hours when crucial to the department.
  • Must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor
  • Attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the job

Nice To Haves

  • 1 – 2 years commercial and residential lending experience
