About The Position

Our client is currently seeking a Saw Operator to join their growing production team. In this role, you'll play a key part in producing high-quality aluminum products that serve industries across the country.
As a Saw Operator, you'll be responsible for accurately cutting aluminum extrusions to specification while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with machinery, values attention to detail, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift and move materials as required
• A positive, respectful attitude toward coworkers and leadership
• Ability to pass a pre-employment
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Set saw cut lengths and safely operate cutting equipment
• Lift and position aluminum extrusions onto saw tables
• Perform required quality checks and visually inspect materials
• Inspect cut lengths for burrs, scratches, dents, chips, or other defects
• Remove saw chips between rows to ensure clean, accurate cuts
• Pack finished materials according to customer specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist in the packing department as needed
• Perform other duties to support production operations
