Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Must be 18 years old
  • Sharp problem-solving skills and a commitment to detail.
  • Ability to follow instructions and meet production goals.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Must be able to lift, bend, and handle materials throughout the day.
  • Solid communication and willingness to work with others.
  • Openness to learning and cross-training.
  • Understand and follow PPE protocols and safety guidelines.
  • Consistently produce high-quality work with care and precision.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of manufacturing experience is a big plus.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret Manufacturing Orders to determine specs and material quantities.
  • Cut and prep metal stock to exact lengths for assembly and shipment.
  • Operate saws, machines, and hand tools to complete tasks quickly and accurately.
  • Check completed pieces to ensure consistent quality.
  • Identify and troubleshoot minor production issues.
  • Keep a sharp eye on accuracy and uniformity in every cut.
  • Monitor tools, parts, and supply inventory; notify when restocks are needed.
  • Maintain equipment in top condition.
  • Follow all safety protocols and use required PPE.
  • Work alongside team members to maintain production flow.
  • Cross-train in other areas to boost team flexibility.
  • Be part of our safety-first culture through active training and collaboration.
  • Participate in guided stretching routines before and during shifts.
  • Perform basic mobility exercises (bending, reaching, light movement).
  • Engage in standing and dynamic stretches as directed by our safety protocols.
  • Follow ergonomic best practices to support flexibility and reduce strain.
