About The Position

Saw Operators play a crucial role in the production process by operating and maintaining various saws, such as Chop saw, Double up cut, and Double down cut saws to ensure the efficient and accurate operation that contributes to the overall quality and timely production of pontoon boats.

Requirements

• Accurately and efficiently read tape measure.
• Accurately and efficiently read prints and production schedules.
• Ability to Lift 60+ lbs (2 Person team)
• Must have the ability to perform all physical requirements required of the position, including but not limited to ability to stand, walk, push, pull, bend, kneel, climb, squat for 8+ hours.
• Safely operate hand tools and small shop power equipment.
• Team player.
• Positive attitude.
• Good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Safety - Adhere to all safety measures, guidelines, and expectations
• Ensure Quality and Customer Focus by inspecting all material for scratches/ defects
• Operate small hand tools.
• Operate Tube roller.
• Lift and carry tube sections.
• Load and unload robotic welder.
