Benefits start day 1!!!! 401(k) / 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Profit Sharing Finishing Crew Member II Wage: $19.50 then $20.00 at end of probationary period (.50 cent differential change for night shift) Day shift: 7am to 7pm / 4 on, 2 off Night shift: 7pm to 7am / 4 on, 2 off 12-hour shifts - Steady days/nights Tow motor and crane experience - Material handling / inventory / scrap experience a BIG plus Machine Operator, Saw, or Inspection/QC experience a plus! Must be able to read a tape measurer Prior steel mill or industrial furnace experience
Requirements
- Must be able to read a tape measurer
- High school Diploma or equivalent (Required)
Nice To Haves
- Tow motor and crane experience - Material handling / inventory / scrap experience a BIG plus
- Machine Operator, Saw, or Inspection/QC experience a plus!
- Prior steel mill or industrial furnace experience
- Remote Crane: 1 year (Preferred)
- Forklift: 1 year (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Assisting operators with creating steel ingots from scratch
- Preparing raw materials for melting process
- Helping with pouring & molding process
- Organizing launders with overhead crane
- Moves materials via tow motor or remove overhead crane.
