About The Position

This position uses a wing saw to cut wings. Job Synopsis: Grasp three wings in each hand from troth to the right and then use a saw to perform two cuts . With the first cut, separate the wing tip from the flat . Once that cut is made, drop the wing tips in the tub to the left. Then make a second cut to separate the drummette from the flat, and drop both of those sections onto the conveyor belt below. And any other duties as assigned by supervisor. Repetitive use of both hands, arms and wrist. Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. repetitively. Required to stand, reach, lift, pull (downward). Must be able to work in a hot, humid environment.
