End to end Saturation Support Assistant (Content Moderation)

About The Position

Description Responsibilities: Perform end-to-end handling of saturation listings, including Detection, Cleansing, Investigation, and Categorization. Identify and detect saturation listings across multiple e-commerce and online platforms. Conduct thorough cleansing and investigation of detected listings to determine whether they are counterfeit or legitimate, in accordance with established guidelines. Accurately categorize each listing and ensure all relevant information is properly documented and reported to the client. Maintain consistent and professional communication with the client regarding findings, updates, and clarifications. Ensure that weekly Saturation Detection outputs are processed and completed within the required timeline. Perform Cleansing, Investigation, and Categorization tasks efficiently using the Unified View system to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely completion.

Requirements

ATLEAST 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE AS A CONTENT MODERATOR
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Has experience in back-office / data entry work
Has experience in repetitive work
Has experience working in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of databases
Must be capable of performing Detection, Cleansing, and Investigation tasks
Must possess good communication skills, both written and verbal
