A Day in the Life Perform general maintenance and repairs of building, including but not limited to minor plumbing repair, general carpentry, painting, drywall, minor appliance repair and cleaning. Scheduling with vendors Owning preventive maintenance – inspections and capex improvements. Ensuring the building is in compliance with all physical asset requirements. Perform unit turns including but not limited to servicing appliances, plumbing and electrical, replace old or faulty parts, re-key locks, replace burnt out light bulbs and interior painting Address and follow up as necessary on all residents’ work order requests in a timely and professional manner. Maintain positive and professional relationships with vendors and suppliers and work with them to produce the best product and pricing for the properties. Maintain professionalism and communicate effectively with all key stakeholders including, but not limited to, residents, tenants, the Property manager, Portfolio manager, office staff, and vendors. Owning preventive maintenance- inspections and capex improvements Ensuring building is in compliance with all physical asset requirements Complete all work in a timely and professional manner.
