About The Position

Now Hiring for Part-time SAS Site Assistant, Afternoons - Rocky Fork Elementary School for our School Age Programs! Position Type: Part-time Pay Range starts at $15 per hour (or more depending on experience) School Location-Community: ROCKY FORK ELEMENTARY (809) Rutherford County Shift: Monday through Friday, After School Care (2pm to 6pm) Are you passionate about working with kids and making a difference in their lives? What You’ll Do: Actively lead and engage a group of 15–20 children in activities, inside and outside. Set up and transform program spaces into child-friendly environments and ensure cleanliness. Help plan and implement a quality curriculum aligned with YMCA guidelines. Build positive relationships with YMCA staff, school personnel, and families. Ensure site licensing and quality standards are maintained. What We’re Looking For: Minimum Age: 18 High school diploma or equivalent required. Enthusiastic, organized, and team-oriented individuals with a passion for youth development. Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills with the ability to multitask. Certifications Required: Before your first shift: Orientation, DHS Background Check, Fingerprinting, Abuse Registry Check, health forms, training sessions, and references. Within 30 days of hire: CPR/First Aid/AED (Infant/Pediatric).
