About The Position

14563 - SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management Lead (Onsite) – Juno Beach, FL Start Date: ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client. Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration. Required: Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Juno Beach, FL (required); Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM) (5+ years); Experience with Recruiting configuration, including job requisitions, application templates, candidate profiles, route maps, permissions, and offers; Experience with Integration Center, APIs, and data mapping; Experience with Recruiting, Employee Central / Onboarding integrations; Experience with Performance Management, Goal Management, Succession, and Talent Intelligence Hub; Experience with inter-module integrations and data persistence/timing scenarios (new hire, internal hire, cross-boarding); Experience with supporting complex hiring scenarios, including internal hires, cross-boarding, and rehires; Experience in large, complex enterprise environments. Responsibilities: Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting module, including job requisitions, application templates, candidate profiles, route maps, and permissions; Design, build, and troubleshoot integrations between Recruiting, Employee Central, and Onboarding modules; Develop and manage Integration Center configurations, APIs, and inbound/outbound data flows; Support integration with external vendors, including background check providers, assessment platforms, and job boards; Manage complex hiring scenarios including internal hires, cross-boarding, and rehire processes; Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for SuccessFactors Performance Management, Goal Management, and Succession modules; Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable SuccessFactors solutions aligned with enterprise standards. Requirements
