Perform hands-on configuration and technical implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Time, Onboarding, Recruiting, LMS and integrations with other legacy People, Finance and Payroll applications. Execute critical tasks and deliverables as defined by the Product Owner or Product Manager ensuring timelines and technical standards are met. Responsible for analyzing business requirements, leading enhancement requests, small to large projects, documenting technical requirements, coordinating system analysis, research and evaluate solutions, recommend new and/or alternative system approaches. Responsible for producing overall system design, functional configuration and programming specifications. Provide technical support for production issues/escalations within agreed SLA’s Be responsible for providing technical guidance concerning business implications of applied use of SuccessFactors modules.
