About The Position

As a SuccessFactors Employee Central Architect, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality SAP SuccessFactors solutions across a range of client implementations and transformation projects. You will work closely with customers, project managers and functional teams to design, configure and deliver scalable and best-practice Employee Central solutions aligned to client business requirements. This role suits a senior consultant or architect with strong end-to-end implementation experience who enjoys working in a flexible, delivery-focused consulting environment. Remote / Flexible work from anywhere in Australia or New Zealand.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations
  • Strong functional expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central including core HR, workflows and data models
  • Experience working in consulting or project-based delivery environments
  • Ability to lead solution design workshops and engage confidently with senior client stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, documentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Eligibility to work in Australia or New Zealand without sponsorship

Nice To Haves

  • Experience across additional SuccessFactors modules or integrations is highly regarded
  • SAP SuccessFactors certifications are highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Lead the solution design and architecture for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations and projects
  • Translate business and HR requirements into robust, scalable SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions
  • Provide functional leadership across project lifecycles including design, build, test, deployment and post-go-live support
  • Configure and implement core HR processes including organisational structures, employee data, workflows and business rules
  • Advise clients on best practices, standard functionality and optimisation of SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration and reporting requirements
  • Support and mentor consultants within the SuccessFactors practice
  • Contribute to project planning, estimations and delivery governance to ensure successful outcomes
