About The Position

GDC IT Solutions is currently seeking a SAP SRM Procurement Analyst to support the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission in a primarily remote capacity. This role may require occasional on-site attendance at the Commission’s headquarters in Middletown, Pennsylvania, and requires candidates to be located within 1.5 hours from Middletown, PA. As a SAP SRM Procurement Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting IT procurement and staff augmentation processes by managing requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, and related SAP SRM transactions while collaborating closely with internal teams and external vendors. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and experience supporting procurement operations in a structured enterprise environment. Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience performing SAP SRM functions, including Display, Shopping, and Receiving.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail in procurement or financial processing activities.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities with experience working both independently and in collaborative team environments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end staff augmentation requisition process, including working with internal stakeholders to finalize requests.
  • Submit staff augmentation requisitions to external vendors and manage related communications.
  • Enter, process, and maintain shopping carts within SAP SRM.
  • Process purchase order changes within SAP SRM as required.
  • Review monthly invoicing for staff augmentation resources and process change orders and goods receipts accordingly.
  • Assist IT team members with shopping carts and goods receipt processing as needed.
  • Review IT dashboards for data accuracy and maintain information as required.
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients.
  • Work independently to accomplish assigned tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Utilize various software and technology tools to perform job duties.
  • Adhere to all PTC standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned by the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission.
