About The Position

CTG is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting Consultant to support financial consolidation and reporting initiatives as part of a major S/4HANA transformation. This role requires deep functional expertise, strong stakeholder communication, and hands-on experience with ECC to S/4HANA upgrades.

Requirements

• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting and Financial Consolidation
• Deep understanding of financial consolidation and accounting principles
• Proven S/4HANA upgrade experience (ECC to S/4HANA required)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments
• Strong documentation skills (Visio, PowerPoint, etc.)
• 5+ years of SAP Finance experience with a focus on Group Reporting
• At least one full-cycle ECC to S/4HANA implementation/upgrade
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and configuration of SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting
• Manage financial consolidation processes (IC eliminations, equity pickup, statutory reporting)
• Partner with finance stakeholders to define and deliver reporting solutions
• Support ECC to S/4HANA migration/upgrade activities
• Drive data integration, validation, and system testing (UAT)
• Create clear documentation (process flows, functional specs)
• Mentor junior team members and provide SAP best practice guidance
