About The Position

This role is at the heart of digital transformation within the Utilities Industry, which is experiencing rapid changes due to clean energy demand, grid resilience needs, and evolving customer expectations. Digital platforms, real-time insights, AI, and SAP technologies are foundational to this transformation. As part of Accenture’s Utilities SAP Practice, you will deliver major SAP solutions and Utilities-specific capabilities such as customer systems, energy data management, demand response, asset operations, regulatory reporting, Distributed Energy Resources, and new Utility business models. The goal is to help clients succeed in this new environment by guiding them through business-model reinvention, process excellence, and enterprise technology enablement. The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling, originating, and delivering SAP-based Customer, Sales and Services Transformation projects that positively impact clients' businesses. You will work with leading companies in a highly collaborative, digitally-driven, and innovation-led environment, fostering thoughtful and game-changing solutions within an inclusive culture. The work involves teaming with clients on their SAP functional transformation programs, utilizing combined SAP application and functional process expertise.

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years experience as a SAP Functional Solution Architect and Process Integration Lead, with extensive functional and technical knowledge of CS&S processes for the Utilities Industry
Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP projects supporting Utilities clients and/or Industry (SAP support / managed services experience will not be considered for this requirement)
Minimum of 4 years experience with CS&S Integrations with other cross-functional areas
At least 3 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation, and solution architecture for Utilities Clients
Experience managing SAP delivery teams, in a Global Delivery Model, including but not limited to the following responsibilities: driving complex workshops and leading design decisions, as well as leading the design and execution of system build, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live in the SAP CS&S area
Prior experience in an Advisory/Consulting role
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum of 12 years of work experience). If holding an Associate’s degree, a minimum of 6 years of equivalent work experience is required.

Responsibilities

Team with clients on their SAP functional transformation programs through your combined SAP application and functional process expertise
Engage with senior client executives on the business challenges/trends and the potential value of SAP solutions (current & future)
Lead customers in defining their SAP journey through the development of business cases & roadmaps including during sales origination, proposal development and client presentations
Architect E2E solutions that leverage SAP technologies, custom apps, & add on partner solutions
Advise, design and deliver solutions based on the latest industry and technology best practices leveraging a SAP solutions and embedded innovation
Lead large project teams of varying size and scope – helping them achieve transformational roadmaps - onsite with clients or within Accenture
