About The Position

We are seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation and management of SAP S/4HANA on RISE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP program delivery, large-scale transformation initiatives, and executive-level stakeholder engagement. This role requires expertise in program governance, risk management, and driving value realization through SAP RISE deployments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of SAP program/project management experience
• 5+ years leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA programs (RISE experience required)
• Proven track record in delivering SAP cloud transformations and migrations
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate and large-scale ERP implementation methodologies
• Experience managing governance, risk, and compliance in global environments
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree required

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Manufacturing or Apparel industries a plus
• Master’s degree a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA on RISE transformation program
• Define program objectives, success metrics, timelines, and budgets
• Oversee functional, technical, integration, and data migration workstreams
• Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and RISE best practices
• Manage program governance, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Drive business process transformation leveraging S/4HANA capabilities
• Act as primary point of contact for executive sponsors and stakeholders
• Facilitate communication across business, IT, and vendor partners
• Provide regular updates to steering committees and executive leadership
• Ensure effective change management, training, and user adoption strategies
