About the position
Arthur Grand Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled SAP Program Manager – Atlanta, GA – Onsite for one of our clients. We are seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead and oversee SAP implementation, migration, and optimization projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP S/4HANA, digital transformation, and enterprise-wide SAP solutions. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and technical expertise to ensure successful SAP program execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SAP programs (S/4HANA implementation, upgrades, and cloud transformation).
- Define program roadmap, scope, budgets, and timelines aligned with business goals.
- Oversee cross-functional teams, including SAP consultants, developers, and business users.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP modules (SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PP, SAP EWM, SAP FI/CO, etc.).
- Drive SAP S/4HANA migration strategy and cloud adoption initiatives.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and SAP partners.
- Monitor KPIs, project milestones, and quality standards to ensure on-time delivery.
- Lead change management, training, and user adoption efforts.
- Ensure integration with third-party applications and emerging technologies (AI, IoT, RPA).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 10+ years of SAP experience, with at least 5 years in SAP program management.
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Activate methodology, and enterprise SAP solutions.
- Proven experience in large-scale SAP implementations and digital transformation projects.
- Hands-on experience in SAP project governance, risk management, and vendor coordination.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
