We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Program Manager with a strong background in the Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in SAP MM (Materials Management) and SAP PP (Production Planning) modules and high-level knowledge on SD, TMS and EWM. While domain expertise in SAP is essential, the core responsibility will be leading day-to-day program management activities, ensuring the successful delivery of complex SAP-related projects.

  • Lead end-to-end SAP program management across multiple work streams.
  • Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and SAP best practices.
  • Monitor program performance and proactively address issues to maintain schedule and budget.
  • Lead change management initiatives and drive adoption across business units.
  • Experience with Program governance set up and managing using KPIs.
  • Provide strategic input on SAP architecture and integration points within the manufacturing environment.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations teams to streamline processes, ensure system readiness, and drive operational excellence in alignment with SAP solutions.
  • Deliver executive-level updates and reporting on project status, risks, and performance metrics.
  • 7+ years of experience in SAP project/program management, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong functional knowledge of SAP MM and PP modules; hands-on configuration experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale SAP implementations or rollouts.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • PMP, Agile, or SAP-related certifications are a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain operations.
  • Experience working with global teams and managing offshore delivery partners.
  • Familiarity with S/4HANA migration or implementation is a plus.
