  • Conduct business analysis to support the Digital Hub revenue operations team, including global digital practice and regional digital business operations.
  • Provide data, share insights, propose actions, gather feedback, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Support design and content for Digital Hub updates, monitor the service desk, and assist with performance management reporting and documentation.
  • Support the integrated rollout and enablement of the digital hub performance management dashboards and ensure adoption.
  • Maintain the territory management and opportunity assignment process to ensure data quality and consistency and implement corrections in the customer and opportunity management platforms.
  • Gain experience in project management, sales development operations, business analytics, and collaborate with the Head of Digital Hub Operations to align efforts with team objectives.
  • Use Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and SAP SAC to identify and analyze potential data quality inconsistencies in customer and opportunity data.
  • Education: Bachelors or Masters in Finance, Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
  • Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor's, master's or JD/PhD program.
  • Fluency in English language is required with university experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables with deadlines (time management).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams and knowledge or desire to learn Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with SAP teams globally, both in writing and Teams (virtual) calls.
  • Analytical skills: Analyze, structure, consolidate and visualize customer, opportunity data.
