Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/. The Financial Systems Analyst supports the development and execution of the Heart Recovery SAP roadmap and the fulfillment of ongoing business requirements. Collaborating cross functionally within Heart Recovery and JnJ Global Service (GS) teams, providing advice across our financial systems, processes and master data.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Finance or Accounting.
  • A Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working within SAP FI/CO modules is required
  • Strong understanding of financial business processes and reporting in areas such as A2R, R2R, P2P, and I2C is required.
  • Strong financial analysis and systems skills, the ability to adapt to a changing technology systems landscape, and ability to think analytically is required.
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style, as well as strong communication and teamwork skills is required.
  • Ability to partner with people at all levels of the organization and have advanced framing skills for presentation & communication, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely is required.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and possess strong problem-solving skills is required
  • This position can be located in Danvers, MA and may require up to 10% travel.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the SAP intake process, ensuring robust process in place that enables timely business decisions on change requests.
  • Partner with business to ensure intake requests are properly documented and evaluated.
  • Partner with Internal SAP team, in translating business requirements and determining timeline for execution.
  • Participate in monthly status reviews with SAP team, evaluating risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a monthly communication process, where Finance teams are informed on progress of SAP change requests and tickets.
  • Partner with Heart Recovery Finance and GS in reviewing existing processes, identifying opportunities to automate and improve workflows.
  • Proactively advise Finance organization on new solutions and optimizations, including benchmarking existing processes against best practices.
  • Lead / Support ad hoc projects, including Implementation of new systems / functionality and perform testing as needed.
  • Key interface between our finance teams and the IT department.
  • Ensure that our financial systems operate efficiently, accurately, and in compliance.
  • Partner with JnJ Enterprise project teams on Heart Recovery Financial systems roadmap.
