About The Position

Join us in modernizing the financial infrastructure of a cabinet-level federal agency, ensuring the efficient stewardship of public funds. In this pivotal role, you will lead the evolution of critical SAP systems, delivering data-driven financial solutions that enhance transparency and operational excellence for the U.S. government. What you will achieve Lead Strategic Implementation: You will guide the SAP functional team in the deployment and integration of SAP FICO and PSM-FM modules, ensuring our solutions meet the complex financial needs of the federal government. Architect Financial Solutions: You will translate intricate business requirements into robust functional specifications and configurations, serving as the bridge between agency goals and technical execution. Drive Quality & Modernization: You will champion system integrity by leading rigorous testing cycles and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance end-user satisfaction and system performance. Empower Team Success: You will mentor and collaborate with a team of functional experts, fostering an environment of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement in Agile delivery. Must-Have Skills (Required) US Citizenship Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in SAP Public Sector implementations, specifically within the US Federal Government. Proven success leading functional teams supporting SAP FICO (GL, AP, AR, FM) and PSM modules. Deep understanding of federal financial management, including budgeting, appropriations law, and fund lifecycle management. Nice-to-Have Skills (Preferred) SAP Certification in FICO or PSM. Experience with SAP S/4HANA for Public Sector. Familiarity with federal interfaces (e.g., G-Invoicing, IPP, SAM, FPDS-NG). Experience working with federal shared service providers (e.g., USDA NFC, GSA, DFAS). Requirements

US Citizenship
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in SAP Public Sector implementations, specifically within the US Federal Government.
Proven success leading functional teams supporting SAP FICO (GL, AP, AR, FM) and PSM modules.
Deep understanding of federal financial management, including budgeting, appropriations law, and fund lifecycle management.

Nice To Haves

SAP Certification in FICO or PSM.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA for Public Sector.
