About The Position

We are supporting and continuously improving SAP and Hyperion financial systems to enable accurate reporting, efficient business processes, and seamless integration across RMS, MFC, and International organizations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining system stability while supporting business growth, system enhancements, and ongoing operational needs. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of SAP and Hyperion functionality We are a collaborative, cross-functional team that partners closely with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable SAP and Hyperion solutions. Our work supports critical financial operations and enables informed decision-making across the enterprise. You are a detail-oriented SAP/Hyperion functional professional who understands end-to-end business processes and how they translate into system design and execution. You are comfortable balancing day-to-day operational support with project-based work, thrive in a matrixed environment, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical partners. You’ll have the opportunity to work on enterprise-level systems that directly support business performance and growth. This role offers exposure to complex financial processes, system implementations, and cross-organizational collaboration, while providing a stable environment to deepen your SAP and Hyperion expertise.

Requirements

SAP/ Hyperion experience
Experience with systems/applications
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project and MS Visio
Strong analytical skills, including processes associated with Financial Systems
Ability to communicate efficiently across various functions and levels in the organization.
US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

Developing and maintaining SAP/Hyperion activity scripts, documenting functional business designs
Creating and maintaining SAP/Hyperion functional specifications that serve as the foundation for technical design and development
Documenting SAP/Hyperion business process procedures, including detailed process descriptions and flows
Defining and maintaining SAP business roles, including applicable transaction codes
Supporting system implementation activities related to new business additions (company codes), system upgrades, and enhanced functionality
Providing SAP/Hyperion help desk and user support
Ensuring ongoing alignment between RMS, MFC, and International business processes and SAP/Hyperion system functionality
Supporting weekly process and interface issue resolution
Supporting month-end close activities
Performing master data maintenance
Serving as a functional tester for related system changes
