Protiviti is looking for a Technology Consulting Manager to join our growing SAP team. As a Manager, you’ll partner with our clients to solve complex business problems and provide impactful advice and solutions. You’ll develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery. You’ll foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market. You will also be a mentor, trainer, and coach to Consultants and Senior Consultants as you facilitate the successful completion of project work plans.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with: Finance, Accounting, Asset Management, GL, AP, AR, Product Costing or other Finance/Accounting functions
• Evaluating, summarizing, organizing, and interpreting data.
• Experience with finance/process optimization tools (e.g. Signavio or BlackLine)
• Knowledge of SAP solution design and key elements of SAP architectures.
• Experience leading complex SAP projects working with cross-functional teams of Business, IT, and Compliance teams
• Experience with SAP application/configuration (workflows, system checks, logging, etc.)
• Working knowledge of SAP implementations, with particular experience to understand IT and Business risks related to SAP
• Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives.
• Ability to translate and communicate challenges to client personnel, including executives.
• Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals, mentoring and coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., MIS, CIS).
• 5+ years working in related field, either in professional services or industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.
