With locations in 15 countries across Europe, North America and Asia, Daher designs and develops value-added solutions for its aeronautical and industrial customers and partners Daher is seeking an SAP FICO Business Analyst to join our Headquarters team in Fort Lauderdale, Florida This role will be responsible for participating in designing, developing, and maintaining internal business applications and databases in relation to SAP ERP systems. Design duties include analyzing business requirements, gathering end-user input, offering solutions, and training end users. Development duties include coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining applications critical to the day-to-day operation of the company. Development may include but not limited to programming for desktop, mobile, and web platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field required.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, PP, WM, BP
  • Hands-on ability to design and configure solutions in FI-GL/New GL, FI-AP, FI-AA, CO-PA, Closing Cockpit and experience in working with IT teams in building interfaces, Workflow and, Knowledge of HANA/BOBJ reporting systems.
  • Very good knowledge in Finance processes in General ledger (new GL), Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Project systems, Cost Centre accounting, Profit Centre accounting, Asset accounting, Tax (including withholding tax), Treasury, Intercompany accounting, Budgeting & Planning, Financial reporting, closing cockpit, etc.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to teamwork and partnerships
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in various forms and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain corporate ERP SAP platforms.
  • Provide SAP ECC FI/CO functional expertise on small to medium projects to ensure timely and effective project execution as well as daily production support
  • Integrate SAP databases with other information systems and perform configuration, troubleshooting, performance tuning and maintenance.
  • Provide support and assistance with all corporate closing requirements and audits.
  • Write, design, test and support complex software programs that are run on internal systems.
  • Provide technical support for internal and external users of IT applications.
  • Contribute to training manuals or instructions for employees.
  • Document business process/data flows
  • Understand non-SAP business systems and their interaction with SAP
