About The Position

CTG is seeking to fill a SAP FI/GL Finance Consultant (RTR & Reporting) opening for our premier client. Location: Lisle, IL Duration: 8 months This role is responsible for supporting and enhancing the SAP Finance solutions for clients and serves as an expert working directly with customers to deliver high-quality results and be trusted business advice with good understanding of and/or hands-on experience in the system. Focuses on designing and configuring solution, and ensuring successful project delivery. Utilizes business and industry knowledge, business processes and techno-functional solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology solutions with the goal of achieving client expectations. Primary goals include: Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involvement in strategy and / or solution development and solution implementation, leveraging knowledge of this area and working with the latest technologies. Collaboration and Team Building: Embody core values while delivering project goals in order to build trust with clients and team members, with an emphasis on knowledge, self-awareness, respect, clear communications, inclusivity, curiosity, and innovation in all interactions.

Requirements

Strong hands-on in RTR (GL, Journal Entries, Month-End Close, Financial Reporting)
Deep understanding of SAP FI tables (BKPF, BSEG, ACDOCA)
Knowledge of FI postings from sub-modules (OTC/MM integration)
Experience with CDS Views / SAP data extraction
Proven work in data mapping (FSD/TSD, column-level mapping)
Ability to explain end-to-end financial data flow (sub-ledger → GL)
