About The Position

We are seeking an experienced SAP ERP Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling SAP/SAPOne ERP systems, specifically in the Finance & Controlling (FICO), Materials Management, Production Planning (PP), and Sales & Distribution (SD) modules. This part-time role involves working closely with the Accounts Payable team and providing support in troubleshooting and supply chain management.

Requirements

Proficiency in SAP/SAPOne ERP system, particularly in FICO, Materials Management, PP, and SD modules.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including handling large data sets, formatting, filters, and pivot tables.
Experience in coordinating with Accounts Payable and resolving related issues.

Nice To Haves

Experience with IT troubleshooting related to ERP systems.
Understanding of supply chain processes and reporting.
Ability to work part-time, approximately 25 hours per week, on a schedule of 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

Utilize experience with SAP/SAPOne ERP system in FICO, Materials Management, PP, and SD modules.
Handle and analyze large data sets using Microsoft Excel, including formatting, filters, and pivot tables.
Communicate and coordinate with the Accounts Payable team to resolve errors and ensure timely vendor payments.
Provide SAPOne IT troubleshooting support, including BOM and routing updates, system error resolution, and variance management.
Support Accounts Payable and Supply Chain functions, including goods receipts, GR/IR issues in purchase orders, and setup/costing for new SKUs.
Prepare supply chain reports for internal management, focusing on inventory, turns, and cost metrics.
