About The Position

CTG is seeking a SAP Concur Travel Consultant (CIP Certified) for their client. This role is ideal for a consultant with deep expertise in SAP Concur Travel configuration, global travel program implementations, and corporate travel policy automation. The position is located in Lansing, MI, and has a duration of 12 months.

Requirements

• SAP Concur CIP Certification (Travel) or SAP Concur Certified Associate status required
• 5+ years of hands-on SAP Concur Travel implementation experience
• At least 2 global SAP Concur Travel rollouts completed
• Strong understanding of corporate travel operations and travel industry workflows
• Experience with GDS platforms such as Sabre or Amadeus
• Knowledge of Concur Request integration for pre-trip approval processes
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and client-facing communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and configuration of SAP Concur Travel solutions for enterprise travel programs
• Configure travel policies, booking rules, class of service controls, and approval workflows
• Integrate preferred vendors for air, hotel, and car rental services
• Act as the primary technical liaison with Travel Management Companies (TMCs) such as Amex GBT
• Support SSO, SFTP, and API-based integrations with external business systems
• Partner with stakeholders across Finance, HR, and IT to improve travel operations
• Deliver reporting and analytics to provide visibility into travel spend and compliance
