About The Position

SAP Business Data Architect Lead Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an SAP Business Data Architect Lead to join our team in Hazelwood, MO, Mesa, AZ, Fairfax, VA or Ridley Park, PA . Position Responsibilities: Oversees, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for highly complex or difficult projects, programs and change driven activities to execute in accordance with project management industry standards Directs and provides high level studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), determines scope, reports, and oversight of planning requests Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case Develops and executes the process and strategy for the integration of plans and schedules Consults and recommends integrated planning, scheduling, change and baseline management, processes, techniques and tools to management considered to be best practices across the industry Recognized as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives Authorizes commitment of resources by obtaining approvals from stakeholders Oversees deployment of approved recommendations at Division, Business Unit, and/or Enterprise levels Collaborates with architects, process owners, subject matter experts and technical teams to plan and execute data migration strategies Translate business requirements into scalable, compliant, and high-quality data designs Communication and leadership to guide business stakeholders, functional and technical data teams regarding decision justification through challenging data definition, data mapping, validation and cutover activities Validate that data management processes and organization are defined and enabled Extract business data for migration to S/4 HANA from legacy systems Participate in Fit‑to‑Standard workshops with application owners and stakeholders Advise stakeholders on data integration and solution options

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in ERP data architecture and implementation
  • Experience engaging multiple cross-functional teams
  • Experience briefing Executive & Senior Customer Leadership

Nice To Haves

  • Expertise with GOLD application dataset and/or other common systems used by BGS-G.
  • Experience with S/4 HANA implementation and/or migration of legacy SAP implementation to S/4 Hana

Responsibilities
