This role involves analyzing an organization's processes and systems, assessing the current business model, and its integration with technology. The successful candidate will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, define future states, and develop comprehensive business solutions. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with business process modeling and tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with technology integration and project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and design organizational processes and systems for optimal efficiency.
  • Assess and evaluate the current business model and its technology integration.
  • Identify and document customer requirements to develop effective business solutions.
  • Define future state business processes and solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Research, gather, and synthesize information from various sources for informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business process improvements.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
