About The Position

Roles and Responsibilities Review existing business processes and requirements and map these to SAP case, mobile, and e-service solutions Schedule and conduct workshops with business and functional teams to plan, prioritise, design, and deliver documented business processes using Visio for SAP case, mobile, and e-service applications Ask relevant questions to clarify stakeholder needs and translate vague ideas into clear, structured requirements Develop functional and non-functional requirements, use cases, and process flows (BPMN) Ensure documentation is clear and understandable to both technical and non-technical audiences Ensure completeness of all business scenarios and related documentation Present and communicate TO-BE business processes to business and project stakeholders and obtain sign-off Document the project blueprint Attend and actively contribute to project team meetings and business analysis discussions to support overall project success

Requirements

  • Related qualification
  • Proof of the related qualification must be provided when submitting the CV
  • Minimum of 8+ years’ experience as an SAP Business Analyst
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Solid understanding of SAP system integration, specifically between: SAP Case & Records Management SAP UI5 Portal SAP UI5 Mobile
  • Working knowledge of: Systems, APIs, integrations, and data flows The language of developers and architects
  • Understanding of project methodologies, with the ability to adhere to project timelines and quality gates

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Local Government, particularly City of Cape Town Case and Records Management, would be advantageous
