Fortuna is seeking an experienced Ariba Functional Lead to support SAP Ariba operations for a public sector client. This role focuses on Tier 1 and Tier 2 ticket resolution, system support, and functional analysis within the Ariba module. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with SAP Ariba, strong troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. This is a 6-month contract opportunity with some onsite requirements in Sacramento, CA. WORKSITE: Sacramento, CA (Local candidates only; some onsite work required) WORK SCHEDULE: Standard business hours (Monday–Friday) PAY RATE: $85.00 -$90.00 per hour WHAT WE OFFER: · Paid sick leave based on state regulations after 90 days of employment · Medical, dental, and vision coverage after a waiting period (60% paid by Fortuna) · Free TeleMedicine and Mental Health support for all employees and their families · Additional voluntary benefits: Group Life Insurance, Accidental Insurance, Critical Care, Short-Term Disability WHAT YOU'LL DO: · Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for SAP Ariba-related issues · Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve tickets within the Ariba module · Collaborate with technical and functional teams to address system issues · Monitor ticket queues and ensure timely resolution and updates · Document issues, resolutions, and system updates · Support ongoing system improvements and enhancements within SAP Ariba · Communicate status updates and resolution progress to stakeholders WHAT YOU'LL BRING: · Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP Ariba (required) · Strong functional knowledge of Ariba modules and workflows · Experience supporting ticketing systems and incident resolution (Tier 1 / Tier 2) · Familiarity with SAP environments (preferred) · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills · Excellent communication and documentation abilities · Ability to work both independently and collaboratively · Must be located in or able to work onsite in Sacramento, CA ABOUT FORTUNA: Fortuna operates as a staffing agency that sources, screens, and presents potential candidates for employment opportunities on behalf of our clients.
