Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience supporting ERP – Sales and Distribution modules.
• Strong understanding of SD configuration and integration points with other modules.
• Hands-on experience with key SAP functionalities such as Master Data and Pricing.
• Demonstrated leadership in post-go-live optimization across multiple plants.
• Experience with IT change/release processes and ServiceNow workflows.
• Comfortable working with plant managers and finance for compliance changes.
• Proven track record in blueprinting workshops and functional specifications.
• Experience in supporting end-user testing and training documentation.
• Knowledge of process improvements in an organization undergoing operational shifts.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SAP Sales and Distribution implementation, with experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Configure the SAP SD system to meet business requirements.
• Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects and guide ABAP resources.
• Work with SMEs and end-users to determine functional requirements.
• Create detailed systems documentation, test scripts, and presentations.
• Translate user requests into SAP SD application solutions.
• Leverage technical expertise in technology architecture and application development.
• Design and develop interfaces and conversion programs.
• Define best practices and solution demonstrations.
• Support cutover activities and provide KT and hyper-care support.
