About The Position

As a Santander CIB Summer in Global Transaction Banking you will support the execution and development of solutions across the main GTB sub-products, including: Cash Management: at Santander Corporate & Investment Banking, we enhance clients' liquidity and cash flow efficiency through our comprehensive cash management services, which encompass treasury and payment optimization. With the capacity to manage high transaction volumes, we provide tailored solutions precisely when clients require them. Export & Agency Finance: our experienced Export & Agency Finance Team is a truly global network focused on optimizing origination and opportunities in order to satisfy client's needs by providing financial solutions and risk mitigation for global cross-border CAPEX transactions and investments across diverse markets. International Financial Institutions: through our global presence, we can provide banks or non-bank financial institution with proven transactional solutions, attuned to the revolution in the payments landscape, wherever their customers need to operate. Trade & Working Capital Solutions: we provide a compelling offer of innovative trade finance and working capital solutions to raise liquidity with an optimized accounting treatment while benefiting from strategic advantages, such as risk mitigation, supply chain resilience or operational efficiencies. Clients trust our state-of-the-art platforms and the reliability of an international bank to achieve worldwide coverage. Requirements

• Students ready to start the summer program in June/July 2026 and finish their studies in summer 2027 (going into your final year at university after the internship).
• The ability to be open and collaborative in a multicultural environment.
• High proficiency in English (any other languages are a plus).
• Financial knowledge.
• AI users.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Availability for a full-time summer internship from June/July 2026.
